The pain point in cross-cultural communication learning lies in the lack of real-life scenarios for training. This experiment takes Beijing subway as the experimental context, integrating the characteristics of language teaching. The design principle is to conduct Chinese word meaning learning, semantic judgment and Chinese language recitation learning that students should possess for cross-cultural communication in the subway context. Combined with the knowledge and skills required in international volunteer services, it focuses on the language and cross-cultural communication services of international event volunteers. It adopts forms such as autonomous learning, human-computer interaction, gamification tasks, and task-based pass-fail checks. Based on virtual simulation technology, artificial intelligence technology and big data visualization technology, it trains qualified cross-cultural communication talents in an international context.
