The pain points in cross-cultural communication learning lie in the lack of real scenarios for training. This experiment takes the hospital medical consultation process as the experimental scenario, integrating the characteristics of language teaching. The design principle is to conduct the learning of Chinese word meanings, semantic judgment and Chinese language recitation that qualified cross-cultural communicators should possess in the context of medical consultation. Combined with the knowledge and skills required in international volunteer services, it adopts forms such as autonomous learning, human-computer interaction, gamification tasks, and task-based pass-fail checks. Based on virtual simulation technology, artificial intelligence technology and big data visualization technology, it trains qualified cross-cultural communicators in an international context.
